Welcome! We're Sarah & Payton, two former college roommates turned event planners. We never would've guessed that planning small parties for our friends would blossom into a full-blown business, but we're so excited to continue on this adventure together.

Hi there! I’m an engineer by day, but planning events has always been my favorite creative outlet. Within our partnership at IBE, I focus on timeline and budget creation, event design, service vendor coordination, and marketing. I find so much joy in bringing a client’s vision to life and love what we do because it’s truly a rewarding experience.

Hello! I have always loved bringing events to life and creating spaces for people to come together and enjoy themselves, so starting IBE was an inevitable next step. Within our partnership, I focus on event research, catering and rental coordination, supply sourcing, and logistical support. I can't wait to work with you to make your event a success!
